The famed grandstand entrance is still standing. The wall has been torn down and front stretch fence has been removed. All concession and track fixtures have been removed.

Track surface has been level and the turn walls and all other infield structures have been removed except main infield concession stand. Over half of the grandstands are still standing.

The parking lot is now storage for new owner Southwest Crane, until the remainder of the track is leveled. The popular Manzanita sign on Broadway still stands.
